I’m back after a long break and I’m going to upload photos more often now.
The wallpaper for October is from the impressive Omani desert – Wahiba Sands, the place I had an opportunity to visit last January and definitely want to come back someday.

Today, I’m going to tell you about Omani hospitality.
It was early Friday afternoon, when we decided to go to Al-Hamra, a small village situated in the mountains. We were going there to see the old “Yemeni style” houses, which we had read about before. We finally found them, but they were rather disappointing. That’s why we were walking the street looking for some shade and then suddenly we heard:

Patterns on the sand
This is a place, where you can spend an unforgettable night beginning with a golden sunset, followed by staring for hours at the thousands of stars visible in the sky and finally being enchanted with the golden light of the early morning. While in Oman you cannot miss its desert called Wahiba Sands.
